flowers are rich in tisane that aid indigestion and insomnia as well as relieve
stress. Grow the plant and cultivate the flowers and leaves then infuse one and
a half table spoons in a cup of boiling
water to produce the tea. The seeds should germinate within 2-3 weeks and
should produce flowers 10-12 weeks later.
