Our organic Dill seeds will produce a beautifully pungent herb that makes excellent flavouring
for any food and is a good alternative to parsley. When finely chopped the
leaves are wonderful in mashed potato, cream cheese, fish or shellfish dishes,
salads and soups. Chopped leaves are delicious spread over roast chicken and
lamb. The Norse people even used dill in water to soothe babies with
flatulence! Expect the seeds to
germinate in 14-21 days.
