Our Lemongrass seeds will produce a hugely popular Asian cooking herb. It is fantastic in curries and other spicy dishes such as soups and to use, cut the stalks off at ground level and discard before serving. Another great use is to add a few leaf snippets to a pot of brewing tea for a refreshing lemony flavour. Expect the seeds to germinate in 14-21 days.
